Community Solar powered by NRG allows New York and Massachusetts residential customers to contribute to solar energy generation without having to install solar panels.
When you enroll, you’ll become part of a solar project in your utility territory, where you and other members of the community subscribe to a portion of the electricity generated by the project. The electricity goes directly to the local energy grid and, in return, you receive credits on your utility bill for the electricity produced by your subscription. It’s that easy!
